As Operations Manager, she focuses on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure the DRL team has what they need to succeed, and our clients receive exceptional service.
Outside of the office, her world revolves around family and community. Jennifer cherishes time with her loved ones and finds real fulfillment in giving back through volunteer work – two things she says that keep her grounded and inspired.
